Our Tinkertown events are family friendly pop-up den building events – inspired by the original Adventure Playgrounds – giving children and families the time, space and freedom to design, build and play as they like with real tools, pallets and scrap timber! We have run a variety of weekend sessions for families in Royston and Wyndford, and as always are looking for volunteers for future sessions.

Tinkertown was founded with the knowledge that play is vital in the healthy development of children, young people and society as a whole, and the belief that a healthy, well-functioning city must be both play-full and playful.
